Data we process
We process account details, workspace membership, submitted product records, review notes and decisions, API usage, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RecallMatching.
Why we use it
We use this information to provide recall candidate matching, preserve an audit trail, secure accounts, enforce plan limits, support customers, and improve reliability.
Official sources
Product fields may be sent to public U.S. government recall endpoints to retrieve official notices. Do not submit unnecessary personal information in product fields or reviewer notes.
Retention and control
Workspace owners can request export or deletion of their workspace data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs. Contact privacy@recallmatching.com.
