Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted product data, reviewer decisions, downstream actions, account security, and compliance with laws applicable to your organization.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Published limits are hard caps; RecallMatching does not charge automatic usage overages. Taxes may be added where legally required.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape beyond documented APIs, or use RecallMatching for unlawful or harmful activity. Contact legal@recallmatching.com with questions.
